Menopause Care Package:
Initial Consultation + follow up, private prescription and GP letter £250
At your 1‑hour initial consultation, we take the time to really understand what you’re experiencing — your symptoms, how they’re affecting your day‑to‑day life, and what you want to feel more like yourself again. Together, we’ll explore evidence‑based options and create a personalised treatment plan that feels clear, manageable and right for you. If HRT or another treatment is appropriate, a private prescription is included in the consultation fee, with medication costs paid directly to the pharmacy. All appointments take place via secure online video, so you can access specialist care from the comfort of your home. You’ll also be booked in for a 30‑minute follow‑up to review your progress and fine‑tune your plan. With your consent, we’ll send a detailed summary to your GP to keep your care joined‑up and fully supported.

Testosterone initiation and monitoring £180
For testosterone initiation, we start with a focused consultation to explore whether testosterone is clinically appropriate for you. At present, testosterone is only recommended for women with low libido that hasn’t improved with standard menopause treatment, and we’ll talk through whether it’s likely to be helpful in your situation.
Before starting, you’ll need a blood test to check your baseline levels. These can be arranged privately, or you can ask your GP whether they’re able to do them. Once your results are back, we’ll book a follow‑up call to discuss them together and decide on the next steps.
If testosterone is suitable, we’ll agree a plan and arrange a private prescription. You’ll need repeat blood tests around six weeks after starting, so we can make sure your levels remain safe and within the recommended range. With your consent, we’ll also share a summary with your GP to keep your care joined‑up and well supported.
